Finances
As you may have read earlier on this site, the TVBS program has been reaching out with the Gospel farther and farther each year. Some might say that we have overextended our program beyond what we can continue to support financially. That may be. The TVBS Committee, however, has seen wonderful results of the work of the TVBS volunteers. New contacts, new members, and the spread of the Gospel message to both ends of the continent is seen as beneficial to the work of the Kingdom and worth our extra effort.
This year we see a financial challenge to fulfill all the requests for TVBS teams. The table below explains our current status.

Note:
The possible savings above would need to be covered by the host congregations or by the volunteer students and chaperons or some other source. The most drastic actions would be the inability to serve a congregation which has requested help.
Several congregations, in considering whether they can adopt or sponsor a trip, have asked for approximate expenses and the number of people needed for some of the various trips. The numbers below are estimates only and can be used for planning purposes.
